Everything he ever says translates perfectly to - "I am willing to sacrifice every last Ukrainian to stay in power." But the reality is even worse, as he often sacrifices Ukrainian lives for little or no reason whatsoever. Just like his Bolshevik ancestors, he is consumed with hatred for Ukrainians.
