don’t have any experiences with the carnivore diet but would be very interested of which kind of inflammation you are referring and how did you recognize? which distances are you running regarding improving performance?

Thanks for your feedback. Training for the marathon currently… but yeah it’s intense. The knee hurts and the skin got pretty bad.
