Just left the eye doctor… she was shocked that my eyes have gotten better. Mind blown she asked me about my routine:

- 20 mins cupping eyes under red light in the sauna

- Uninhibited sun exposure (no glasses) at least 2 hrs/week

- Grounding at least 2x/week

- Avoid seed oils as much as possible

- minimum 1/2 gal of water daily

- only wear contacts when I wear makeup (special occasions)

Walked out with the same prescription I had in the 8th grade!!! 🧡🌻💜

Eye doctors make money like regular doctors so they have no incentive to actually heal anything.

Once I realized eyes are muscles and the best way to strengthen them is with exercise. I started looking into what that meant, did some research and came up with a routine.
