Your words are extremely heart felt too. I came to my awareness when Life said enough is enough, and awareness alone is NOT therapy, so I went to therapy after 16 yrs of hesitation. I am proud of myself for going to therapy. #AskingForHelpIsNotAWeakness

I’d even say therapy (in some form) is needed for everyone. I’ve had various forms of therapy which definitely helped me process & find peace. ☮️
