How would absentee ownership work without a state? I think we could enforce this concept with something like a mobile home park or gated community with some sort of HOA that provides private security.

Without any contractual agreements, I don't see anything wrong with the agorist view. Some states have adverse possession laws. I'm not a lawyer, but the agorist argument seems simmilar to adverse posession(sans taxes).

I disagree that they represent coercive and parasitic economic relation. I would be curious to see the argument that support this claim.
