Green on Android phone has never worked for me. It did work on friend's iPhone.
Sparrow(Linux) +Jade has never given me a problem once I set the permissions to allow USB drive connection.

Better to sign via QR code, so there's absolutely no chance of anything unknown happening. Jade can do that. Might have to set it up.
I know what you mean, but I've never got that one to work. Either the laptop camera is not good enough or I'm not holding it still enough. So only able to use USB to laptop and Bluetooth to Iphone. I'm going to have to try again.
I think I spent more on hardware wallets than on actual Bitcoin :-D but they're fun!
yeah, as a general rule, cameras under 4k resolution can't really reliably read LN QR codes
for this reason also, blockstream jade has a multi-QR sequence to send messages...
Yeah, it manages to read some of the sequence, and then starts over. It seemed to work much better with friend's iPhone.
So maybe the phone camera would be better paired with Jade? I'll have to try that again.
