Never used a capsicum as an egg ring. How did I not know this. Now I wonder other things

Love eggs in a pepper! Is that toast sourdough?
Unfortunately no, regular whole grain toast. During my trip, my 10
month old rye sourdough starter decided to die (it went moldy). πWith making a new one I'm still procrastinating because there will be longer trips ahead of me, and yet it needs to be fed from time to time.
