I’m just getting started on this carnivore journey (reading the Dr Shawn Baker book as we speak!) and love eggs for breakfast in the morning. Would like to know what you made here once your recipe is final

I personally couldn’t do without eggs, I didn’t do a strict carnivore diet “lion” I implemented all animal meats, eggs and dairy. I’ve been 7 months now on carnivore :)
I have a YouTube you can check out with my journey if you like. https://youtube.com/@kristinnicolecarrera
I definitely recommend you finish Dr. Shawn Bakers book it’s great and check out Dr. Anthony Chaffee and Dr. Ken Berry.

Thanks for sharing your youtube channel and tips. I will keep you posted on the lion diet in October, that sounds fun! My other challenge is getting my wife on board with this, right now she thinks it’s way too extreme. I assume this will all evolve as i go through this journey
I thought the same thing. I found out about carnivore back when Joe Rogan had Dr. Shawn Baker on his podcast. I thought it was crazy and was always into eating a “balanced diet”… for me I needed to be tired of having all the health issues I had to finally give it a try and my husband decided to try it more for weight loss, so it was easier to jump in since I was already cooking for him. I always say in my videos, the only thing I regret is not starting sooner.
She will need to really understand and need it to want to start. She’s welcome to reach out anytime. :) At the very least it’s a great elimination diet and then slowly reintroduce an animal based diet.
