You mean why it says โ€œwith fortressโ€? Not sure, but Iโ€™m pretty sure itโ€™s wrong

They are probably using Fortressโ€™s payment rails. Weird they kept saying they changed custodian from Prime Trust to Fortress and now it is actually Bitgo. Something smells

BTC transactions are settled on Fortress then cold stored at Bitgo according to Simply Bitcoin podcast today 9/11.
