So, how do you verify or know if the keys are distributed across the different people when using Federation? As far as I understand it’s impossible and 🚩

Yeah the only benefit here I see is that more privacy but the trust me bro model is the same as with custodial wallets then.

Ecash in a single custodian mint makes more sense than a federation imo.

Ideally you should know the people who run the federations, I don't think anon ones are a good idea

Minimum someone's reputation should be on the line
