That translation is weird though. In Spanish we'd say "Una vida pura", to convey what 純粋人生 means, "A pure life", in the sense of a life lived without blemish.

"Pura vida" on the other hand refers to a complete feeling of life itself. 命 rather than 人生 which is the very narrow human life.

It's quite ugly, but probably the best modern Japanese would be ライブ感
