That's Fridays for me boss, big back day today ๐Ÿ’ช

what's your leg day routine? loved the core workout I got from front squats. thinking about alternating front and back squats each leg day

I'm purely on machines as I havent treated either knee very well over the years. But I essentially hit all areas on my thigh for about an hour, end with calf raises and a good stretch.

I have back issues so squats kill me. Working on glutes to stabilize the back. We all have different paths to greatness and health

Working out is massively about listening to your body. Hell yeah Ray.

I sprained the tendon in my gluteus medius and canโ€™t walk now..
