I started w/ Light and worked my way up to Dark roast.... I get the better appetite suppression w the Dark roast. But only 20oz a day. I add hand grounded raw cacao, and cinnamon stick. 10oz coffee, 2oz raw cacao, 1oz cinnamon 😋
