Seeing as we’re in a Democracy, if we the people decide we no longer want fiat as our legal tender but bitcoin, shouldn’t the government be compelled to go with it? Isn’t that true ‘Democracy’? I don’t remember reading anywhere in history books that the people chose fiat, but a group of power and money hungry pundits sat down and decided this for us, without our consent. We definitely did not consent to this.
