I planted some einkorn wheat as cover crop over winter, neat to see your other greens are thriving amongst the grass, I will have to try.

Does the grass not take them over when they are young? Do you transplant them so they are more established?

I seeded the main crops, once established then seeded rye. Maybe a month or so after.
