Losing weight is insanely easy. You don’t need to ask experts, you don’t need a diet plan. It’s simply understanding how many calories you need as a baseline and then going into a calorie deficit. Calories in vs calories out. It’s just about discipline - most ppl love to eat, and they think giant portion sizes are normal. “You wear in public what you eat in private”

That shit slows your mitochondria. Your body becomes super efficient & starts storing fat.

Look at what they feed to pigs to get them to put on weight - don't eat that shit.
