I have helped a few clients thru this process (if you took an IgG test) and yes, they could tell the difference. Personally, would go as carnivore (no dairy at first, maybe raw dairy later, first raw goat) as possible for as long as you can (pref 3 mths min) then slowly add in and see your reactions. But a lotta times IgG sensitivity is often about gut permeability. So focusing on gut health too - cutting alcohol esp - that stuff knocks holes in a gut.
