Anyone do an allergy blood test before and actually change their diet based off the results?
Curious on the results of eliminating inflammatory ingredients.
Before anyone dives in, these are simple ingredients… such as Avocado, Green Beans, Bananas.

I have helped a few clients thru this process (if you took an IgG test) and yes, they could tell the difference. Personally, would go as carnivore (no dairy at first, maybe raw dairy later, first raw goat) as possible for as long as you can (pref 3 mths min) then slowly add in and see your reactions. But a lotta times IgG sensitivity is often about gut permeability. So focusing on gut health too - cutting alcohol esp - that stuff knocks holes in a gut.
I'm curious about the process of getting tested. I've been having problems that I'm certain are food intolerance but I'm having trouble isolating which foods by guessing and eliminating then watching results.
It’s was simple. Just normal blood draw.
Prior I had the dumb poke test but this one is much more advanced.
Enlightening. Still in the strategy phase now. 🤣
I have a mild allergy to Avocado as well as most fruits but power through it for my butthole's health and safety, so I can't really help you there.
Going anti-nitrates and nitrites helped a /ton/ for me a decade ago. That alone was huge.
Yeah that’s a bit part of it. Trying to figure out the health benefits vs a bit of inflammation. I’ve never noticed eating an avocado health wise especially during keto diet but it’s something I’ll be adjusting and monitoring now.
Just so new to this so I’m absorbing the knowledge.
Not me, but my wife. Low-histamine diet, good results.
Those food items should be included .or. excluded please?
