Hmm this morning I’ve a pain in my foot. I can’t remember my dreams so no idea what caused the injury. Odd.

That's unhealthy, the "Sages" on here suggest you cover it in strip steak, placing it on some grass on our flat earth while wearing some of them red lens sunglasses. Should be right as rain by dinnertime🙏🏻.

lol! Hopefully not Gout because I’ve had that and I thought I’d broken my foot one morning. Went to the GP and that’s what it was.

Agonising, I couldn’t walk on it and nothing could touch it painkiller wise. In my case, it’s caused by medication I’m already on but can be caused by a penchant for red wine and steak, which I used to be very bad for!

Well I think I can rule that out, it's not sever pain, just a bit uncomfortable. How long did it take to go?

It took a few days because the diagnosis came about quickly, I wasted no time getting an appointment, they prescribed me what I needed and that was that. Pain gone.
