Right? With Google killing Ublock Origin, I went searching for alternatives. Good news is that AdGuard Home (FOSS) is simple to install. I added it as primary DNS to my Tailscale tailnet, et voila.

Yeah running your own ad blocking dns is a game changer
Very nice, I just use #Surfshark's "Clean DNS" feature on all devices, which also puts my mind at ease on the go.

Unfortunately NFL plus app won't even load with ad guard home running, so I have to turn it off for Sundays!
What filter lists are you using? Trying to get comprehensive ones for NSFW and mature material to guard my kids.
