In the Catholic tradition it marks the end of the Christmas season! I think this year we will do a second gift exchange then with my wife's side of the family, since we'll be with my side for Christmas itself.

There is also a tradition of taking blessed chalk, and using it to write a house blessing above the door to the home. It includes the digits of the year and the initials of the three Magi, so this year it is "20 + C + M + B + 24."

That is my favorite Epiphany tradition, because the chalk stays on over the whole year.
