Awesome. I’ve found that whatever works for you is what’s best. Making it a habit & sticking with it on days you don’t want to are what makes it absolute perfection.

Inner strength becomes stronger than outer at that point.

Well said everyone is different. I found making things as easy as possible also helps you stick to the routine. Prepare clothes gym bag etc night before. Coffee machine ready etc so its just wake up minimal effort and I'm out the door. Find what makes you feel good and stick with it. Stack good days and like you said inner strength just grows and grows

Yup. I agree 100%

I play hockey 3 nights a week which makes early morning gym trips tough. My routine is different but I stick with it & feel great. Hockey is the absolute best workout on the planet.

Nice yea sports are great. I do pick up hoops on the weekend. Always great to compete but I know a lot of pick up or mens leagues are late at night. At least you got a routine that works around that so it works. Keep crushing it.
