I am very out of shape.

Best I can do is walk to the point the track rounds the mountain to the coast side.

If there is one exercise I can do to go better on this island it's squats.

I'm adequate in the middle and walking is lower and middle.

One thing at a time.

If I can 200 squats I can walk to Sao Jorge

I have been walking everywhere now for 3 months. It's interesting how it changes body over time.

yeah, it's the way to be, honestly, after that walk just now i'm like, ok, i am gonna make a commitment to one thing: to do the squats on my fitness app, until i can pull 200 because that is the number one needed strength to live in a place like this

my legs feel great, warm, and satisfied, but my mind wants to see moar mountain
