#zap tool that I want and maybe I’ll get around to building:
So Damus iOS doesn’t let you zap notes, which kind of sucks. I’d like to have a server running which watches for my “liking/reacting” to things, and it will automatically zap the post that I liked.
I think this has benefits greater than just Apple being stupid. Sometimes you don’t have your lightning node setup to be accessible by your phone.

I just enabled it! Kind of sketchy just running some script from somewhere. I don’t really understand it, didn’t look, and then yoloed. It does work though!
But still I actually don’t have a lightning wallet on my phone. Need to connect to my node using Zeus and Tailscale soon.
Yes luckily the code is OS and review and recommend by many trusted community members.
That’s exactly how I use zaps on Damus, via Zeus’s connected to my node. Alternatively, there’s always the nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 node-in-the-phone option, or the usual (custodial options), WOS, etc.
Sorry, but I prefer to keep my notes unzapped and my lightning nodes inaccessible by my phone. Embracing the non-conforming side of technology! #rebelzap
