Yes, I have it running locally. Issue currently is that the Lightning Address code is already in the core project, but Nostr support should be built as a plugin.

So the LN address parts probably need to be separated out as a plugin first, before adding NIP-57 support.

As this is my first tentative foray into the BTCPayServer code base, I'm not sure this is a wise undertaking for me.
