Ok will give it a go, I think I'll probably feel like a rest day in the first week. But I'll give it a go
Starting today. (I waited until now because i needed to stock up on food. I have increased my consumption of eggs and stopped skipping breakfast.
Halfway through the first day and completely fucked already.
