I wear a kilt sometimes. Thought it would be more of an issue but one time in years has anyone harrassed me.

That one time I was walking out of the hardware store with a 3' pipe wrench in hand.

The dumbass bigots face when he, unarmed, realized he had just yelled a homophobic slur at at larger, younger, and armed man a mere 6 ft away was absolutely priceless.

An appreciated sentiment.

You sir, may adorn said kilt, wherever and wherever you may roam.

Else, an opposing party may find themselves at the business end of a three pronged truncheon.

Only dudes ever talk to me about it. Other than that one bigot, the sentiment is always "awesome I'm jealous but too chicken"

I'm told I generally put off big dumb gorilla vibes so that may help. A man with a different appearance may have more issues.
