it makes no sense according to everything everyone said for the past 50 years… yet somehow they were all wrong

never felt better, and I used to be a vegan

That’s amazing, I hear this a lot. How long were you vegan for and how long have you been carnivore?

6 or 7 years as vegan, maybe 1-2 years now carnivore, but I’ve been eating fruits and honey and dairy. so animal-based?

What made you make the change. The fruits and honey is animal based. As long as it works for you and you feel good 😊

it was a long process with a few years of pesca-vegan and pescatarian stages between.

mainly I woke up one day and craved beef ribs more than anything because I remember it being my favorite food ever. it felt amazing diving head first back into that …and I didn’t wake up dead the next day

It’s crazy how are bodies naturally crave meat 🤪

that’s exactly what it was! fish just wasn’t enough

Things are always changing and I’m happy that more people are opening their eyes to it. I truly believe the food industry sadly only cares about profit and not the health of people.
