Why is it that 90% of brats, sausages, and hot dogs have corn syrup in it and usually the 2nd, or third ingredient 🤢… I wish I could learn to and make my own brats, but I really don’t have the time… long story short, when the closest Kroger to me has these Rinaldi brand sausages (maybe once or twice every few months), I buy as many packs as I can… I sent them a email to see if I could just order some direct. #realfood
Get a kitchenaid mixer and a grinder attachment! I should utilize mine more but I'm lazy 😑.

We have the kitchenaid, but finding the time to do it is more the problem
It is definitely a time consuming process. I used it mainly for making ground chicken before I could find it in the grocery regularly.
