Absolutely 🤩

I’m working in a subsidiary company

Within our operations it’s working really well just like the spider web 🕸️ but as soon as it has something to do with the bigger company, it’s getting unclear. It’s not really bad, I mean somehow it works but you can clearly see the problems, how the operation act pragmatic like they should, while this big construct of a company have lots of troubles during their work and it seems so hard to reach someone when necessary.

Makes soooo much sense! I think that's why the idea of the web of trust or this "Coherence Chart" as I've come to call it, is so important in identifying ALL your players, their roles, and who you can quickly go to for advice. Shifting from a command-and-order model to an advice-seeking model, where people are guided to make decisions are varying levels of responsibility/risk by being encouraged to seek advice from all necessary/knowledgeable parties. So fascinating how we've developed organizational models throughout history.
