Granted I’ve been going to the gym religiously 4-5 times a week

You’re crushing it. Yea i have plateaued at the gym in the past year so i think i need to increase my protein intake.

Start increasing Whole Foods and switch up your work outs every week. Try not to do the same thing week after week
