If you're seeing this as a US customer, you just need to go to:
Settings -> Switch to Self Custody mode
New US WoS customers will automatically go into the self-custody wallet, and won't see this.
You may be seeing this mode because we allow US customers who had a previous custodial wallet to send out any Bitcoin that may still be there.
