Great
Got a link to the seven year cycle thing?
I'll search for information about the seven-year cycles and their connection to chakras.Based on my search results, here's a comprehensive overview of the seven-year cycles and chakras:
## The Seven-Year Cycles and Chakra Development
According to Vedic philosophy, our life moves in 7 year cycles corresponding with each of the 7 chakra centers located in our light body. We have one dominant chakra for each cycle.
### The Basic Framework
Contemporary scientific research also has proof that cells of a human body change every 7 years. This biological fact aligns with ancient spiritual teachings about human development.
### The Seven Chakra Cycles (Ages 0-49)
**1. Root Chakra (Ages 0-7)**
The main goal of our first 7-year cycle is to ground ourselves. This life cycle is dominated by the Earth Chakra. During this chakra life cycles we begin to explore the world around us, our immune system is activated and we begin to form our energy shell or aura.
**2. Sacral Chakra (Ages 8-14)**
In this cycle, we enter in the sacral chakra, which is all about creativity, feeling and expressing our emotions freely, as well as about sexual energy.
**3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Ages 15-21)**
During the third chakra life cycle, we believe that we are ready to change the world. Solar Plexus chakra is the leader during this life cycle. We try to find the place where we belong and try to join different social groups.
**4. Heart Chakra (Ages 22-28)**
This period focuses on relationships, love, and finding balance between self and others.
**5. Throat Chakra (Ages 29-35)**
The fifth chakra is responsible for our creativity and willpower. We are free to exercise our creativity and will as long as we stay within the limits of the mission given to us by our higher self.
**6. Third Eye Chakra (Ages 36-42)**
Sixth energy center or chakra leads the way during these 7 years of your life. It is the time when you need to think your life over and become wise.
**7. Crown Chakra (Ages 43-49)**
The seventh chakra of a human body is the one responsible for your connection with cosmos and Higher Self. During these years you need to establish yourself in the new ideology directed towards fulfilling your full potential.
### The Annual Sub-Cycles
Within these 7 year cycles we also climb another 7-chakra ladder which takes us from The Root chakra to the Crown Chakra. These influences affect us (ideally) on a yearly basis. Every cycle begins with fear (the root chakra) and every cycle ends with spirituality (the crown chakra).
### Crisis Years
After completing a 7 year cycle, we enter the first stage of our second year cycle. This is our Crisis Year since the first year of a new cycle is under the influence of the Root Chakra: Fear.
### After Age 49
After 50 the chart starts over again, so you are once again influenced by the root chakra for the first year. The difference is that by now you have finished the first cycle, so you will have the the wisdom that you have gained your first cycle.
### Rudolf Steiner's Perspective
Rudolf Steiner presented this map as 10 cycles that all of us who make it to the age of 70 years old must pass through. Each cycle, Steiner said, is composed of seven years. He associated each cycle with different planets:
- Moon (0-7 years)
- Mercury (7-14 years)
- Venus (14-21 years)
- Sun (21-42 years)
- Mars (42-49 years)
- Jupiter (49-56 years)
- Saturn (56-63 years)
### Modern Adaptations
The 7×7 matrix of Vedic Chakras ends at 49 years, a reflection of a time when life expectancy was around 50-60 years. But with people now living much longer, we have more time to achieve what was once compressed into a 49-year span.
Some modern practitioners suggest continuing the cycles or even adapting to 6-year cycles to better fit contemporary lifestyles.
This system provides a framework for understanding personal development through the lens of energy centers, suggesting that we spiral through these chakra influences throughout our lives, gaining deeper wisdom with each cycle.
So, those that flamed out at 28/29 weren’t able to find good relationships?
No I think it’s something deeper - not wanting to continue on some level. In terms of the hamster wheels I’m not sure maybe a huge spin from energy built up from gaining biut I think it’s probably deeper. Or maybe it’s just chaos 😂
Your thoughts on addressing resistance are very helpful for me, crack on!
thanks Jack - Im going to try the scap hangs right now
Ive been told that its called the 27 club but its still a pattern I see, so jumping before they hit 28. 😂
I hope you managed to get your editing done after procrastinating with this vid.
Thanks for sharing it.
went very well - was straight back into it ✈️
I like that you focused on acknowledging & comforting 'little Rob'.
It aligns with my thinking & beliefs around healing through integration.

Hey Rob. Interesting piece. I'll share a short personal similar experience..
About 18 years ago. I started drifting into mild psychosis, hearing people say things to me (they didn't), thinking people were following me, etc. This went on for maybe a year. Until one day (not sure the trigger). But a thought popped into my head, "oh, I'm just imagining all these things, they aren't real, they can't hurt you".
After that, I told many ppl close to me what I'd been going through. It seems, the acknowledgment of this AND the sharing with others disempowered those thoughts and imaginations. I've had a hand full of occurances since, acknowledgment of what they are always quotes them.
Since then, I have also found root causes, mainly from my childhood.
Oh on choosing to come to this world.. I've had two strong DMT experiences. Both took me to a place, with several ppl I "knew", and they seemed to be welcoming me home from my journey. Oh and that place feel more "real" than this one!
Very cool and fascinating
