I had food poisoning for the past few days. Finally held some chicken noodle soup and bread down last night after some zofran. Made some very garlicky mash with greek yogurt. Bad bugs be gone, good bugs flourish 🤞✨

What is zofran?
A med to stop nausea and vomiting. I avoided it until I wasn't even holding down liquids.
