Is there anyone who uses nostr for "internal communication" like for a company, social project, friends circle, etc?
Feels like it would be an idea tool, now that the ecosystem has advanced so much.

Messages are already encrypted, but it's publicly visible to see who talks to whom (and when etc...)
There are a couple private group things floating around. Coracle uses encryption primarily, and NIP 29 uses special relays. There are also a few Coracle instances out there with hardcoded relays which basically serves this purpose as well.

I'm developing right now a frost nostr client for joint accounts, there is a special communication part for approving post on the joint accounts
We use nostr ephemeral events for realtime chat updates. When a resource is updated a dummy note is published. Then the interested part makes the request for the new resource.
