Dinner tonight: Bison Spaghetti

I don’t eat pasta so spaghetti squash is my go-to alternative. My bestest #[4]​ asked me how I get out the squashy taste.

Here’s how:

✔️Cut off the ends and slice the squash into boats and/or rings

✔️Butter the pieces

✔️Crushed Red Peppers, dried parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, rosemary, black pepper, real salt

✔️ Oven @ 375 for 40 mins (flipping 1/2 way through)

✔️Let cool for 15 mins

✔️Fork flesh from skin into a bowl

Yesssss. Love using spaghetti squash like this. So good!!

I love spaghetti squash. I’ve been eating it instead of pasta for years…before it became the “cool” food lol.

That’s awesome!! My mom wasn’t a fan of squash so I found out about it a few years ago. I’m definitely never going back to regular pasta.
