This is freaking awful. This has to be so frustrating.
Isn’t there some way to fight bureaucracy with bureaucracy here? Couldn’t you start a paternity trial? If a judge looks at the DNA and rules that you are the father, then you get your rights and your daughter does too. Or is that somehow off the table?
My daughter is my Copy on female Version. I can not deny her. Yes, with money it would be possible, but it would be running against walls! Because if government people don't want, they find ways and reasons that they don't want. A government is the worse thing you can have against you, none of them are Justice Systems!
People do that often enough to prove they are not the father, why not to use it to prove the opposite? This cannot be so unheard of to cost that much money or to be too difficult to do.
