I haven't blocked or muted anyone on any client. I'm curious why Amethyst came with those two blocks?

Me too, wondering if they're identified spammers or something.
That could be the case, though it would probably be best to let users control their own filters. I don't mind a recommendation though. "These are known spammers, tap here to automatically add them to your block filters."
Agreed... not a fan of pre-defined block lists... am glad to see a block list implemented though.
