it works. did it with my kids using a tumbler style glass
You wrapped tin foil around a glass, set it next to a phone, and projected a rectangular display of the phone on the wall?
Please post a video. I'd be thrilled to be wrong about this.
tin foil is for the stem. no foil needed with a tumbler. i'll send you a video when i get a chance

sorry tin foil needed for the base if left open. we put ours against a wall.
