And govs don’t need it in real. Admiralty law obligates you to always have and show papers to move, to use mainstream services, even to buy something and if their enforcement laws agents interact with you they know where you are.

It's just more 1984 now
Protect constitutional rights legally. The double speak is insane. Land of the free what a fucking joke you can’t even drive down the street to buy lunch without them knowing.
15 minute cities type stuff
Was just looking at stop lights here today. All of them have two devices on them, one which is some sort of camera. Yet I've never been able to get an explanation from anyone for what they're for or if they film us, no clue
That's for when you run the red light, it snaps a picture of you. And then they send you a ticket in the mail.
No, that's not what these are. The red light ones are uncommon here, but times I've seen them they're big old set ups with flashing lights. These look like security cams on a 6 foot pole attaches to the metal arm. And there's often smaller secondary device that is less camera like. I'll get a picture sometime
Either way, you look at it, they're all cameras. Hahaha 🤷🏽♀️ there is no escaping the matrix unless you luve in the Forrest haha 😆
I'm certain they're surveilling or logging cars. Need to find out for sure
