I’m telling you, broiled salmon is the pinnacle of fish. This flaked apart perfectly and was optimal moisture content. Baked or bbq’d can’t touch the broil pan.
How you seasoning? Looks good and hard to disagree

All I do is spread some butter on top of the filet before I broil. Then sea salt and pepper after 👌
Simple, nice. I have a rub that includes some brown sugar and paprika and thyme that’s pretty good
