You are already sharing the internet with everyone. Get used to the idea of sharing your social network with everyone.
As with the internet its not centralised, there is no global state, so you will only see what relays you opt-in to. And that is fine.
You can fine tine your experience by switching up clients, relays, using filters and individual block list.
