My wife is on a spa retreat with her best friend. I had the kids of my own this weekend. We went to maketplace after music class to grab lunch (with live music), quality meat and fresh #Ontario produce. We met the farmers where our food comes from.

Then we came home to play in the sprinkler while I cut the grass. My son who is 4 helped cut the veggies and put the skewers together. Delish meal and scarfed it down to fill their bellies. Then passed out in our bed while washing a nature show: Secrets of the Octopus.

Dads remember to give your wives time to recharge their batteries. It's also a great opportunity to take your kids of adventures and have them contribute more when Mommy is not home. You will bond with them and they will gain more independance and grow faster than you realize.
