Somebody sent me this link:

And told me:
“Sign it up so I can send money there and you can transfer it to your normal PayPal”

Sounds like a scam. They will probably send you fake money and try to get your real money somehow. Or just send you fake money in exchange for whatever good or service you are selling

The obvious response to them would be just send it via the production site.
PayPal is a scam on itself, let alone a "sandbox"! :P
