- zaps provide a ledger
- a bet is recorded as state
- oracles provide realtime state changes
- on state change the ledger balances are updated

I think we would need to port DLC to Lightning first, to make this happen in a trustless manner. I haven't checked lately but I don't think it's possible yet.
