The global feed is very useless in my opinion. It would be much better to have hashtags and a trendtopic list instead. Relay does not provide a list of hashtags, but it would be more useful if it was integrated.

Nostrgram has decided to add spam filter option than only shows paid relays in global, maybe this is a good solution?

A pubkey promoting Amethyst is absolutely spamming the Global feed right now, about a post every second which includes a huge QR code and Chinese.
