1, it's for you. You can just use it and ignore the technical stuff if you want. I'm assuming you drive ? Cars are very technical these days, but you can drive one without being a mechanic.

2, zap is just the name for sending micro amounts of bitcoin in the denomination of sats to posts and people you like.

3, in theroy any cleint can ban someone or decide to not allow content. You can sign into any cleint on any device, your followers are attached to your private key not your cleint.

4, The Nostr protocol is similar to how E-mail is a protocol, you can add any function within the <> of the protocol and it will be sent along the relays. Similar to adding a calender to an E-mail service.
