The simplest way to reset your nervous system midday is as simple as lying on your back, doing absolutely nothing.

Try it: flat on the floor/bed, hands open, palms up. Or place one hand on your belly, one on your heart, and just breathe.

Massage your gut, release the tension, let your body fall into itself.

Elevate your feet on a wall and let the lymph flow and cortisol drop. Do this before sunset, ideally afternoon, so your circadian rhythm stays intact.

Nap-maxxing. Nervous system rebooting. The simplest fix you’re probably not doing.
