Rather than multisig why not spread your funds over multiple wallets? Going all-in on a single multisig scheme seems unnecessarily risky.

You can lose 2seeds in a 3of5 and still recover.
You can doxx 2seeds to a family member to hold for you and remain in control of the funds.
The only pitfall is storing the coordinator xpub file, which you can store on USB drives with your seeds and in an encrypted email server.
