What? Shadow banned at nostr? Why do you think so? AFAIK there is no way to do anything remotely close to shadowban here. You would have cooperation of all clients and heck, they can't even get straight how to tag reply notes moreso something such complicated like this. And it would have to be public* info due to mechanism nostr works.
